Without any delay, now the rape victim will get justice soon. Shiney Ahuja’s rape case has moved into the fast track court. Ashok Chavan, CM of Maharastra said that the case will be fast tracked and the truth will be out very quickly. Girija Vyas, chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW) also said that there is no reason to delay the case and how much big the personality may be, the law is same for all and the culprit has to face the consequence.
The medical tests carried on Shiney revealed that he has raped the girl. Though his wife is claiming that Shiney is innocent, all the evidences are speaking against Shiney. Moreover, the actor himself has confessed to the police that he had consensual sex with his maid. The medical report of the maid servant also says that she was rapped and physically harassed.
On Sunday evening, Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja allegedly raped his domestic help when his family was out of the town. After filing an FIR against him, the actor was taken to the police station for interrogation and there he made his confession. Shiney has been sent to judicial custody till July 2.
